design audit

get in touch

A business is more than a set of products or services. It's a story about your values, your approach, your standards. Design helps tell that story. When people connect with your story, they become customers — they buy, return, and recommend. But how do you know your design is actually doing its job? That's what our design audit is for — a comprehensive assessment of your visual style. We'll find out whether your design is effective enough to attract clients and grow the business.
When it matters to you. You're planning to develop your brand and want to make sure your design is aligned with your goals.

when you need a design audit

“I feel like something's off with the design, but I can't figure out how to make it better.”
There's a sense that the visuals aren't working as hard for the brand as they could be — but it's hard to pinpoint what the problem is. You want design that helps you earn.
→ We'll make your design work for you and solve real business problems.
We'll assess how your brand looks right now: layouts, website, social media, packaging, uniforms, locations, and ad content. We'll identify what can be improved and what's already working well. We'll share recommendations to help the brand evolve — and hit its business goals.
“I want more people to know about us.”
The goal is to make the brand more visible and attractive to customers — but it's unclear what steps to take.
→ We'll highlight what makes your brand unique, so it stands out from competitors and resonates with your audience.
We'll show you what's getting in the way of attracting clients. And explain how to make your brand memorable.
“Our design is chaos. No system, no team.”
Layouts, the website, and social media all look disconnected. There's no consistent style or clear guidelines for designers. No one knows how to make decisions or approve design.
→ We'll bring order to your design and show you how to keep it that way.
We'll propose solutions for building a unified visual system. We'll recommend what to change so the brand is recognizable and communicates clearly. We'll advise on how to maintain quality control.
“I'm planning to grow: entering new markets or expanding the product line.”
You know the brand will grow and change. You want to be sure that your design and internal processes are ready for the new volume of work.
→ We'll share our experience in scaling a network, flag potential challenges, and prepare your brand for change.
We'll check whether the current design fits your goals. We'll propose improvements so that advertising, the website, and social media work effectively in the new conditions. We'll put together a list of recommendations so you can update all materials independently.
Small and medium businesses in active growth. When you're ready to change, but not sure where to start — and you're wondering whether your design matches your ambitions.

Brands entering new markets. When it's important to make sure design supports strategic goals, holds up to competition,
and attracts a new audience.

Franchises. When design is a form of added value, and brand recognition directly affects the income of partners and the network.

Companies that haven't updated their visual style in a long time. When there's a feeling that the design has aged and no longer meets audience expectations.

how we work

Leading companies apply the same principles when creating advertising materials. We worked at Dodo Brands — one of the fastest-growing pizza chains in the world — for over 12 years, built a design team from scratch, and know these principles from the inside. We'll assess all the materials you use to communicate with your audience. We'll give recommendations for improvement and explain how design can help you scale.
1. Briefing
We meet, discuss goals, tasks, and expectations from the design audit. We put together a list of assets to analyze.
2. Analysis
We study your materials. We identify growth opportunities, notice patterns, and group feedback by category: editorial policy, photo style, font legibility, color palette, and more. We work on an online board that your entire team can join.
3. Feedback
Members of your team review the analysis: leaving comments, clarifications, objections, and questions in the shared workspace.
4. Presentation
We present the results of the design audit and run a Q&A session. We hand over all working materials with findings and recommendations.
